Nature isn’t bound by our socially contrived boundaries, not least perception which underpins everything that we do. Only by uniting disciplines, by integrating across differences, will we truly understand ourselves and our ecology (which is at the root of any explanation as to how we see the world around us).
While talking about ideas is good, nothing new happens without trying to physically realise those ideas. Thus, our work is concept-based and project-driven, in an attempt to explore the ecology of mind at different levels of investigation and interaction. Each of our projects touches many different topics including neuroscience, visual arts, music, education and design.
Our programmes reflect Lottolab’s principle areas of activity, and seek to pull together the many and differing projects that feed into those particular areas.
